We agree this with you before every order. Clearance can be done by your customs agent or by a partner we coordinate.
Which documents do I need?
Usually a commercial invoice and details of goods, value and tariff number. Depending on the goods further proofs may be required – we tell you in advance what is missing.
Is transport from Germany to Switzerland also possible?
Yes. Simply enter Germany as the pickup country and Switzerland as the destination country in the form.
